Richard D. Prochazka
Richard Prochazka is an accomplished attorney practicing in the area of labor law. He joined the Board of Trustees in October 2007.
Mr. Prochazka has served as counsel to numerous unions and Tart Hartley Employee Benefit Trust Funds. In addition, he has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is listed in Best Lawyers of America and has achieved the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbel. He is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He has also taught labor law and employee benefits at several educational institutions.
