Our Students Need You: Online Mentor Program Launched: The Alumni Relations and Career Services Teams collaborated to bring you an online mentor program.

Symplicity, TJSL's new web-based mentor program, provides quick online registration. For the first time, alumni outside San Diego can also participate. 

A mentor may assume a variety of roles including teacher, motivator, coach, advisor, and role model. You decide how you want to be involved and for how long.

To be a mentor, you must (1) have a JD and (2) be in good standing with the bar association of the state(s) in which you practice.

Externships: The Externship Program is an effective, long running program at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. TJSL alumni are a critical part of this successful program because they serve as mentors and assist with the placement opportunities. For more information on ways that alumni can contribute to the externship program, please contact Judybeth Tropp, Esq., Director of Externships and Pro Bono Programs at jtropp@tjsl.edu.

Alumni Admissions Ambassador: The Alumni Admission Ambassadors collaborative program will be launched in 2009. The purpose of the program is to extend the reach of TJSL, while providing prospective students a personalized view of TJSL experiences and stories of subsequent successes.
