Ms. Vallero is currently practicing as an attorney at the Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider, APC.  Her practice includes complex family law litigation, law and motion, and collections for the firm. 

Prior to becoming an associate, Ms. Vallero served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles W. Dortch, Jr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.  In that time, she assisted the judge in drafting his opinions in child custody, domestic violence, child support, spousal alimony, and other issues within the realm of family law. She also assisted with researching and analyzing juvenile motions and participated in juvenile court proceedings.

Before becoming a Law Clerk, Ms. Vallero served as an extern to both Magistrate Judge William V. Gallo and District Court Judge Roger T. Benitez, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  In that time, she assisted the term clerks in handling civil matters ranging from civil rights complaints and habeas corpus petitions to business and intellectual property disputes and consumer class actions. 

Ms. Vallero is a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego Bar Association.
