Note: Disbursement dates are the dates when funds are made available to the institutions requesting funds, not when checks are available to students. Refund checks are available approximately one week from the disbursement date.
To check the status of your loan, log onto www.ELMresources.com
Click on 1) "Student Loan Borrowers"
2) "Check My Loans On ELMNet Loan Inquiry"
3) "Create user id and password" on Borrower Login page
Once you log in, the Loan Listing page appears. Click on "view" to see the details of your loan. The left column will show detailed status of your loan such as type of loan, gross amount and status. The right column will show the disbursement status of your loan.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR REFUND CHECK
Refund Checks, (if applicable) will be available for pickup at the Business Office, 2nd Floor, between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You will be required to provide ID at the time of pick-up.
- Check dates carefully! Refund checks not picked up on the dates indicated in the calendar below will be mailed that evening, no exceptions.
- To ensure your current mailing address is on file, any address changes must be made prior to the lender disbursement date with the Registrar's Office.
- If you are not aware of your disbursement date, you may contact your lender or refer to your Disclosure Statement provided by your lender.
All entering students who intend to receive Federal Financial Aid must complete an Entrance Exam. To complete your Entrance Exam online, click here.
Please check with the Financial Assistance Office to ensure your paperwork is current.
Note: A FAFSA or Renewal FAFSA is only part of your Financial Aid packet. You must submit other documents to complete the financial assistance application process.
