The four sections of the grand, curving multi-level staircase which will greet visitors to the lobby of the new Thomas Jefferson School of Law downtown campus has been delivered to the construction site.
When fully assembled, the staircase will be 60 feet tall and will connect the first, second and third floors of the building.

The stairs will be an elegant feature of the building, with glass panels and stainless steel railings, in keeping with the ultra-modern, but very user-friendly look of the new law school.
Construction of the eight-story state-of-the-art campus is ahead of schedule and TJSL will hold its first classes there in January of 2011.
