As you know there are wildfires across Southern California. As an organization located directly in San Diego, our staff has decided to benefit victims that have lost their homes and possessions in this crisis. We will keep you posted on who we donate to, an upcoming event and efforts.

On a personal note, my aunt, uncle and cousin were evacuated from Poway yesterday and were staying here in downtown San Diego. There are homes completely destroyed less than a mile away from their home.  
However, I just received news that they were able to return to their house and everything is okay.
