International Law

This course explores the sources, applications and enforcement of international law, focusing on disputes, use of force, war crimes, and international criminal courts. It also examines states, international organizations, companies, and individuals in the international system as well as jurisdiction of states, law of the sea, protection of the environment, immunities of states and international organizations, the diplomatic process and its protection, treaties, international economic relations. Future directions and theories of international law are also discussed.
