With the recent release of income tax returns by GOP presidential candidates Newt Gingrich, and Mitt Romney, this topic has become highly relevant in the political debate around the campaign.

 

TJSL Professor Richard Winchester is currently teaching in Tunisia on a Fulbright Scholarship and is an expert on tax law.
