Bloomberg.com Interviews Prof. Semeraro on Credit Card Merchant Fee Litigation

The citation of a recent paper by Professor Steve Semeraro in a crucial expert report ordered by the Eastern District of New York in a class action case against Visa and MasterCard has led to some media interviews this week for the former attorney for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division who now teaches antitrust at TJSL.

An article quoting Professor Semeraro about the case, which is a class action involving all merchants that accept those credit cards, appeared on Bloomberg.com on Sept. 12. View the article.

Professor Semeraro also was interviewed last week by the San Diego Daily Transcript regarding the case.
