On September 27th, KUSI reporter Dave Davis interviewed five of the Thomas Jefferson School of law students who are serving as volunteer law clerks on the defense team of Marine Pfc. John Jodka. Jodka is a Camp Pendleton Marine charged in the death of an Iraqi civilian in the town of Hamdania in April. His defense team is led by Thomas Jefferson adjunct faculty members Joseph Casas and Jane Siegel.
The students all feel strongly that Pfc. Jodka deserves a fair trial, and they are grateful for the opportunity to work on such an important case.
