February 1st was the fifth anniversary of the disappearance of 7 year old Danielle van Dam, who was kidnapped from her Sabre Springs home and murdered by neighbor David Westerfield.
Thomas Jefferson Professor David Steinberg was interviewed by San Diego's 10News on the legal legacy left by the van Dam case.
