Ms. Joanna Tsai came to speak to TJSL’s Asian Pacific Law Student Association (APALSA) as the guest speaker on February 22nd.

Ms. Joanna Tsai is a distinguished alumna from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and is currently Executive Vice President and General Counsel for EPN Licensing and “Hang Ten USA.” She is on the Board of Asian Business Association, the San Diego Chamber Orchestra, and the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in San Diego. Ms. Tsai not only splits her time among these associations and organizations, but also has time to be involved in a number of pro bono projects such as the San Diego Teen Court and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer’s Program.

 Ms. Tsai came to speak to TJSL’s Asian Pacific Law Student Association (APALSA) as the guest speaker. Ms. Tsai spoke about her personal experiences as a law student at TJSL and about her job as general counsel dealing with trademark and licensing. Ms. Tsai gave advice and shared with the students her personal experiences about the benefits of networking and becoming involved in the community.
