Cancellation Policy
The China Study Abroad Program May 20 – June 7, 2013
Thomas Jefferson School of Law reserves the right to alter or cancel the program should circumstances warrant, including lack of sufficient registration. If the program is cancelled, Thomas Jefferson School of Law will promptly refund all payments and registration fees, and every effort will be made to help students enroll in other foreign programs of their choice. If a student withdraws from the program by letter postmarked on or before April 12, 2013, all tuition payments will be refunded except for the non-refundable $250 registration fee.
No refunds of tuition will be made for registrant cancellations after April 12, 2013.
