Brian Findley ‘07
Brian K. Findley represents California citizens in actions for catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence, products liability and class actions. Brian’s litigation accomplishments include numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for children injured at birth, as well as one of the largest wrongful death jury verdicts in California history.
Brian is a partner of Mulligan, Banham & Findley. He is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. His recent honors include being named “Best of the Bar” in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice by the San Diego Business Journal, being selected as a top Young Attorney by the San Diego Daily Transcript, and selection for membership in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers.
Brian is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the American Association for Justice, and is an alumnus of the Louis M. Welsh American Inn of Court. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Alumni Association. Brian is a frequent speaker on legal issues to attorneys, consumers and members of the health care industry.
Brian attended college and law school largely on merit-based scholarships. In 2003, Brian graduated with a double-major in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Georgia. In 2007, he received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review.
In his free time, Brian enjoys distance running, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors with his super awesome wife and their two young children.
