Pejman Kharrazian ‘11
Pejman Kharrazian’s practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, with a focus on common interest developments, enforcement of CC&Rs, contract disputes, directors and officers liability, general liability, construction, construction defects, and real property issues. Pejman also provides general counsel to corporations and common interest developments. Prior to attending law school, Pejman was a CCAM® certified community association manager and brings this insight to his representation of common interest developments.
Pejman graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor of business administration. He received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, magna cum laude, and served as Notes Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review. During law school he externed at the California Court of Appeal and the San Diego Superior Court . After law school, Pejman held a judicial clerkship at the Superior Court for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and assisted with matters before the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands.
Pejman is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and Central District of California. He serves as a board member for the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Alumni Association and the Iranian American Bar Association. Pejman is also an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and San Diego Chapter of CAI.
