On November 7, 2025, Assistant Dean Michelle Allison-Slaughter and Director Aparajita Bandyopadhyay hosted Online JD students Betty Nguyen, Cristian Martinez, Bobbie Medina, and Melissa Estrada in Santa Clara, California, for an evening of meaningful connection, engaging conversation, and community building.

With the continued growth of the Online JD Program, the Law School remains committed to fostering opportunities for online students to connect in person, build community, and expand their professional networks. Through these regional events, Online JD students, select Residential JD student leaders, alumni, and other members of the TJSL community will come together in locations across California to reflect the energy, enthusiasm, and commitment that make the TJSL community so special.

Bringing the TJSL Community Together, One Meetup at a Time!  

Fall Online JD Meetup Schedule:

  • Santa Clara County – Friday, November 7thth
  • San Diego County “Homecoming” – Friday, November 14th
  • Los Angeles County Meetup – Saturday, November 15th
  • Orange County Meetup – Sunday, November 16th
