Successful SBA Clothing Drive

September 27, 2010

SBA Clothing Drive

From August 23 – Sept 15 the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Student Bar Association held
a clothing drive focused on gathering business attire to donate to Father Joe’s Village to be dispersed to those in need in San Diego so that they may be better prepared for job interviews and work.

Thanks to your generosity the SBA donated 25 bags of business attire, which included dress shirts, slacks and a wide array of business clothes showing the gracious spirit of the student body, faculty and staff here at Thomas Jefferson.

The SBA is currently holding another clothing drive focused on business attire through
November 17. The SBA is again asking everyone to donate any suits, dress shirts, ties, business dresses and skirts that they no longer use. Let’s make this next clothing drive as successful as the last!
