Thomas Jefferson School of Law Faculty Fellow Elizabeth McCuskey has witnessed two high profile cases at the U.S. Supreme Court.
In this TJTV video, she speaks about what was happening at the court on Monday, March 26, as the court began oral arguments on the constitutionality Affordable Health Care Act.
