CLIMB Will Continue Its Work With High School Students In October

The CLIMB continued its tradition of welcoming both new and current members back for the Fall semester on Friday, September 27th at its Mix N Mingle. Professor Slomanson joined the CLIMB’s current and prospective members for fun activities, good times, and s’mores at the Mission Beach event. It was a great opportunity for members to discuss the CLIMB’s mission, future plans, and get to know one another better. Thank you to all who attended and showed support.

This October, the CLIMB will begin volunteering at Crawford High School.  The volunteering schedule is flexible, as there will be opportunities to volunteer Monday-Friday mornings. To become a volunteer, please contact Thomas Scheck (scheckta@tjsl.edu).

Also, the CLIMB will have its first general body meeting on October 18th.
