Brandon Brown

Brandon Brown is a Partner at Raintree Law PC, where he co-leads the firm’s real estate and business law practice in California. He represents property owners, developers, startups, financial institutions, and homeowner associations (HOAs) in a broad range of transactional and litigation matters. His practice includes real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial and residential leasing, land use and title disputes, evictions, and general business counsel.

Outside of his legal practice, Professor Brown is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular love for basketball and football. He enjoys following both professional and collegiate sports, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.

Professor Brown earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2020, where he was an active member of the Business Law Society, and holds a Business Law Certificate from the USC Gould School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California.
