Domanique Moore is an associate attorney at Albert and Mackenzie, where she practices workers’ compensation defense. She manages a complex caseload from initial case analysis through factual and medical-legal discovery and settlement, conducts depositions of applicants, doctors, and other witnesses, and regularly appears at Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California.

Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Moore practiced workers’ compensation law at D’Andre Law, where she handled cases from the initial litigation referral through settlement, conducted depositions, and appeared at hearings throughout California.

Moore began her legal career as a Deputy Public Defender with the County of San Diego Office of the Public Defender. In that role, she represented clients in criminal matters from arraignment through post-conviction proceedings, conducted misdemeanor trials, and handled legal research and writing on a variety of criminal law issues, including motions to suppress and other pretrial matters.

Moore earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2021 and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo in 2016. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2022.
