Professor Biggerstaff is a Deputy City Attorney at the San Diego City Attorney's Office, where she handles a variety of legal issues including federal and state constitutional law, civil rights, and dangerous condition of public property cases.
Prior to joining the City Attorney's Office, Professor Biggerstaff clerked in the Southern District of California for the Honorable Andrew G. Schopler and the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia.
While at Thomas Jefferson, Biggerstaff was on Law Review and Moot Court. Currently, she enjoys keeping up with her three daughters, playing coed softball, and going to escape rooms.
