Jenna M. Stewart

Jenna M. Stewart is an experienced corporate attorney with more than a decade of experience in private practice and in-house counsel roles. During her legal career, she practiced at DLA Piper and Mintz, where she represented public and private companies in sophisticated corporate transactions, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities matters. She later served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Neurocrine Biosciences, advising business leaders on complex legal and strategic matters and negotiating commercial agreements.

Throughout her career, Professor Stewart has been actively involved in teaching, training, and mentoring developing attorneys. She has trained and mentored summer associates and junior and midlevel attorneys and developed attorney training programs.

Professor Stewart earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Property. She also studied international law at the University of Copenhagen Faculty of Law. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Redlands, where she double majored in Government and History and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
