Karen Braveheart is a serial entrepreneur, seasoned business attorney, and dedicated educator, bringing a wealth of real world experience to the classroom.

Karen’s legal and business expertise is unmatched. With over a decade of experience as a business and contract attorney, she has successfully represented startups, small businesses, and corporate clients in complex transactions, contract negotiations, and strategic business planning. A former trial attorney with an undefeated record, she understands firsthand how legal disputes arise and how to draft clear, unambiguous agreements that prevent them.

Beyond the courtroom, Karen is the CEO and Founder of Prodigi Kids, a company dedicated to empowering parents to raise children with self worth through innovative products and educational content. Her entrepreneurial success has been featured in Entrepreneur, NBC News, Yahoo Finance, and the Chicago Tribune. As an entrepreneur, she has built businesses from the ground up, secured funding, navigated manufacturing and product development, and scaled operations- experiences that gives her a unique ability to teach law in a way that is both practical and inspiring.

Karen earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law and Policy Symposium Journal and graduated in the top third of her class. She also holds a B.A. in English, Criminal Justice, and Philosophy from Rutgers University, graduating cum laude. She is also the holder of both a design and utility patent, further demonstrating her expertise in business and intellectual property.

In her spare time, Karen loves spending time with her three kids, meditating, going for walks at the beach, and writing poetry.

She will teach Entrepreneurship and the Law- Thinking LIke a Startup Founder and Legal Writing.
