Her professional journey has been shaped by pivotal roles at various law offices in the San Diego area and as assistant to the Standing Bankruptcy Trustee for the Southern District of California from 2018 to 2019, where she honed her understanding of legal intricacies and procedures crucial to business entities. Luciana's expertise in corporate governance and advisory services spans diverse industry sectors, from aerospace and defense to telecommunications, further fortified by her MBA credentials. Notably, she has made significant contributions to governance literature, with published works including contributions to the non-profit realm.

At the Maldonado Executive Leadership Institute (MELI), Luciana plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of executive leadership.
