Seth Cohen

Professor Cohen is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Davis & Wojcik, APLC, representing clients in both Civil and Criminal matters. Prior to his current position, Professor Cohen practiced personal injury law and was an attorney for the Riverside County Criminal Defense Panel (CDL). He is a member of the California State and Riverside County Bar Associations.   

Professor Cohen graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, magna cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and later achieved a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, with magna cum laude distinction. While attending the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Professor Cohen earned four Jefferson Medals, three CALI Awards, two Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence, and was a member of the TJSL law review. 

Professor Cohen is also an accomplished musician and a proud husband and father of three children.
