Registration is Open for the International Humanitarian Law Workshop

Saturday, February 14th is the deadline to register for the Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Workshop titled Law and War being held at Thomas Jefferson School of Law on Saturday, February 28th.
This free, one day workshop being held in rooms 216, 217 and 229 is being sponsored by the TJSL Center for Global Legal Studies. It is open to law students and attorneys who are interested in learning about or pursuing a career in international law.
Topics include: When Does IHL Apply?, Means and Methods of Warfare, The Relationship between IHL and Human Rights Law, and Enforcement of IHL.

Completed applications should be sent to Eric.Sigmund@redcross.org no later than February 14th.
Students involved with the Center for Global Legal Studies attending this workshop will receive credit towards their certificate in international law at graduation.
