Professor Wildenthal to Appear at Indian Law Conference

Professor Bryan Wildenthal will have a prominent role in the upcoming  California Indian Law Association’s 10 Annual Indian Law Conference on October 8, 2010 at Pala Resort in North San Diego County.

Thomas Jefferson School of Law is supporting this conference thanks to a generous donation authorized by Dean Rudy Hasl.

Speakers include two national officials from Washington D.C., in the Departments of Justice and Interior, and leading Indian Law attorneys, scholars, and tribal leaders from around California and locally. Professor Wildenthal will be moderating the panel on Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).

Professor Wildenthal is a noted Native American law scholar, and teaches a course on that subject at TJSL.
