A decade ago, many people saw marijuana legalization as a fringe issue, not a serious policy question. This year, voters in four states passed legalization ballot measures and the development has barely made the front page. All told, marijuana is now legal in eight states: Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oregon, Washington — and, of course, California. To read more, click here.
